Who we are
JEITY INC. ("JEITY," "we," "us," or "our") is a Philippine software company and the operator of jeity.co. For personal information covered by this notice, JEITY acts as the personal information controller.
Scope
This notice applies to the JEITY corporate website and to business communications initiated through it, including the contact form and direct email. JEITY product websites and independent third-party websites may publish their own privacy notices, which apply to activity on those properties.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you use the contact form or email JEITY, we may collect your name, email address, company or business information, message contents, and any other information you choose to include.
Basic technical information. Our website infrastructure and security providers may process information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, request details, device or browser information, timestamps, and security events.
JEITY does not currently deploy analytics or advertising scripts or cookies through this website code. Infrastructure and security providers may process technical information or use security-related technologies as necessary to deliver and protect the site. If these practices change, we will update this notice and provide any choices required by applicable law.
How we collect information
We collect information directly when you submit the contact form, send us an email, or otherwise communicate with us. Limited technical information is collected automatically when your browser requests the site and our infrastructure delivers or protects it.
Why we process information
We process personal information as reasonably necessary to:
- receive, assess, and respond to inquiries;
- communicate about products, partnerships, and business opportunities you ask about;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the corporate website;
- maintain appropriate business records and prevent misuse; and

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, processing may be based on your consent, steps taken at your request, JEITY's legitimate business interests, or a legal obligation.
Disclosures and service providers
JEITY may disclose relevant information to:
- Resend, which provides contact-form email delivery;
- Cloudflare, which provides website delivery, infrastructure, and security services;
- professional advisers or other vendors supporting legitimate business operations, subject to appropriate safeguards; and
- government authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
We do not sell personal information submitted through the corporate website.
Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to an inquiry, maintaining appropriate business records, meeting legal or regulatory requirements, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. Retention depends on the nature of the information and interaction. Information is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Security
JEITY uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International processing
JEITY and its service providers may process personal information in countries other than the country where you are located. Where applicable, JEITY uses reasonable safeguards intended to protect personal information during international processing or transfer.
Your privacy rights
Subject to applicable law and its limitations, you may have rights to be informed, access personal information, object to processing, correct inaccurate information, request erasure or blocking, obtain data portability, withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing, seek damages, and lodge a complaint with the Philippine National Privacy Commission.
